Part of MTM's strategy to win Muslims to Christ is to be a network in which ministries collaborate and strategize for Muslim evangelism, as well as establish teams with team leaders who are trained to reach Muslims for Christ across America. Ministry to Muslims (MTM) has a love for those who are lost in the teachings of Islam. MTM has experienced that using the Love of Christ to draw Muslims is more effective than arguing. We believe in confrontational evangelism, (i.e. debating, pointing out errors in Islam) but use broad, non-denominational rather than denominational or argumentative, styles of sharing the Gospel to win Muslims to Christ.
 
Not only does MTM prefer not to argue with Muslims, the ministry also prefers not to argue among its participants. MTM discourages the use of teachings or beliefs that are divisional, but not essential to the Christian faith. Ministries such as: The Billy Graham Crusade, Harvest Crusade, and Bill Glass Ministries are examples that use non-denominational approaches and are quite successful in winning the lost; MTM would like to model such ministries.
